We are a chartered building company with 25 years of experience in the education, housing, health, commercial and industrial sectors. We undertake refurbishment, (including listed buildings), design and construction work across the North West and Yorkshire. We invest heavily in training and people development, and creating opportunities for people living locally to our projects. We are experts in working with our clients to combine construction contracting with the achievement of sustainable communities.
We have long standing partnerships with our supply chain and construction consultants, ensuring design flexibility, outstanding levels of quality, controlled costs and high standards of Health and Safety. We consistently achieve outstanding client and end user satisfaction.

Our quality policy, externally accredited to ISO9001, ensures we bring quality of product and service to all aspects of every project. Our approach is to ensure the achievement of consistency; we have a zero defects policy.
We have dedicated teams to ensure we work sensitively in occupied areas. We have an extensive end-user and resident liaison system, delivered by site and office-based teams. Our customer is not only the resident or Head Teacher in one of our schools but near neighbours to our sites and the general public. We constantly monitor our performance in this area, so that we can continuously develop our approach.
We are committed to contributing to a sustainable construction industry, we work to actively reduce our impact on the environment through our ISO14001 accreditation, and we work hard to create long-term training and employment opportunities for people of all ages, keeping construction skills alive. We pride ourselves on contributing to the regeneration of communities through our partnerships with the third sector and social enterprises. We have won awards and industry-wide recognition for our contribution in this area.
Health, safety and well-being are at the core of every project. We have a dedicated team and are accredited to ISO18001 and CHAS. We have an extensive training programme, supported by an externally assessed process to ensure we keep our teams and the general public safe at all time. We have zero reportable incidents.
