Properties need continual care to remain in optimum condition and the best way to do this is to have a contracted maintenance team who look after the properties. Our skills and experience cover all aspects of repair, maintenance and development.
The projects we undertake include:
Electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades and repairs, building alterations, roof works, window and door replacement, raking out and pointing of brickwork, replacement and/or repair of rainwater goods etc.
This part of our business is being nurtured as our youthful component, one which we hadn’t looked into undertaking until we had a request from many of our Clients. As this section grows it is imperative that the Customer is cared for at all times. Fast response, polite staff, professional repairs and aftercare call. We aim to increase the capacity that the maintenance team have to offer as our Key Performance Indicators have given us the confidence that we can create what the customer needs.
