Jackson Jackson and Sons Ltd provides apprenticeships and work experience for young people. We assess the risks to young people, under 18 years old, before they start work and take into account their inexperience, lack of awareness of existing or potential risks and immaturity. We address specific factors in the risk assessment and also provide information to parents of school-age children about the risk and the control measures introduced.
